Delivery consultant vacancies

Since its launch in 2007, the 14-19 Leadership and Management Development Programme has expanded significantly and now includes consortia preparing to deliver Diplomas from September 2009. As a result we are looking to expand our pool of delivery consultants.

How to apply

To apply please submit the documents listed below in electronic format to 14-19 Leadership and Management Development Programme Project Manager Lisa Jones at lisa.jones@ncsl.org.uk.

• Your current CV.
• Two 200-word descriptions of recent assignments, along with the contact details of the clients and confirmation that those clients would be willing to be contacted as testimonials or references. We understand that in some cases client confidentiality will not allow this. In this instance, please contact us to discuss an alternative.
• If you have previously worked for Centre for Excellence in Leadership (CEL) or NCSL as a consultant, one of your descriptions should be about this.
• A personal statement of not more than one side of A4 detailing the elements of the programme that you could deliver, your availability to the end of March and your suitability for the role.
• A letter from the colleague who has referred you to the programme if appropriate.

The deadline for applications is Monday 11 August 2008.

Application process

8 August	Applications received.
18 August	Selected applicants asked to complete an online survey detailing their skills and experience, and invited to interview.
Late August/early September	Interviews in Nottingham or London.
September	Development/induction day.
