As well as listening, you can view presentations, ask questions and interact with the session through our 'webinar' software.
To take part in a seminar, look out for details on this page or see our advertisements on the website home page or in the NCSL in Dialogue community in talk2learn. There's a simple enrolment process, after which you'll be sent details of a link and password to join the seminar at the specified time.

This seminar will be useful for those considering co-headship and those considering appointing co-headteachers. Within these three contrasting primary schools are school governors who have assumed this strategic responsibility. Alongside them are school leaders, both voluntary in their governor role and professional in their headteacher role, who are working together in equal partnership.
