The conference was held at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Birmingham, one of Europe's most accessible cities.
Birmingham is at the hub of a comprehensive motorway network connecting to all parts of the country via the M5, M6, M40 and M42.
The ICC is minutes away from Birmingham New Street Station and is served by Birmingham International Airport, which has a rail link to the city centre.
Birmingham is a vibrant city boasting a vast array of bars and restaurants and an excellent choice of hotels. It is also regarded as one of the premier shopping locations in Europe.
