Evaluation and succession planning

Any meaningful succession plan will be sustained over many years, so an annual or termly cycle of review and improvement can reap real dividends for you and your partnership. Perhaps you are viewing this tool because your collaboration has reached one of these milestones?

Did you use it or did you create something similar back when you were establishing your collaboration?

Whatever the tool or process you may have used, what was advocated and what makes intuitive sense was that you established tangible outcomes and measures for your collaboration right at the very beginning.

Revisiting those goals after 6 to 12 months is a critical part of review and assessment. Your findings can inform the development of your collaboration’s succession planning strategy.
