In my thirty odd years in early years work, I have never experienced a course as motivating and thought provoking. It has changed how I see my role and how I work with both the people I lead and those who lead me. I hope that many more people will take up the challenge of NPQICL.

Evaluation of rollout programme

NPQICL was rolled out nationally after a successful pilot. The rollout programme has been fully evaluated both internally and externally and the evaluation report (912kb, 97 pages) represents the final stage of the external evaluation.
