Benefits

The pilot Primary Capital Leadership Programme will support school leaders to:

• develop their capacity to lead the Primary Capital Programme (PCP) developments in their schools
• take an active and effective involvement in the building and remodelling of primary schools in the PCP
• realise the potential of PCP in contributing to making Every Child Matters (ECM) a reality in their schools and communities
• build expectations and encourage innovative ideas for future learning
• outline the importance of technology and its potential to empower and change learning as part of the learning landscape
• provide tools to review and engage others in the transformation of the learning environment

NCSL online communities

As a participant on the Primary Capital Leadership Programme pilot, you automatically gain access to NCSL's online communities. You will gain access to a private community for your programme and to our public communities.

Our communities allow you to connect with peers from across the education sector. They are a great place to engage in professional dialogue, to stimulate debate and to learn from the experiences of others. Within them you have access to a confidential and extensive network of colleagues, experts and policy-makers with whom you can debate, discuss and share ideas.
