How to plan your journey through ECM Leadership
Direct
Recognising leaders operate in different contexts and are at different stages of
development, some features of this resource will be more immediately relevant to you than others. The
design is based on the principle of a 'mind map' which deliberately gives you the flexibility that you
will want as a leader to develop your own methodology within your own locality.
There is no 'one size fits all' route to follow. The site offers
a menu of:
- think pieces - stimulating thinking and encouraging
leaders to take a different perspective
- tools - to use in team
and leadership development and community engagement
- case studies
- drawn from a variety of schools and localities at different stages of the ECM journey and in different
contexts
- publications - related to various aspects of leadership
relevant to the changing context of ECM and standards
We
want to encourage you to explore and enquire within the resource and add your own learning and responses
to help us to continue to update and grow this resource.
