14-19 event for all staff groups

Description
A customised session for whole staff groups is available to highlight what the reforms will mean for all young people across the consortium. This session is appropriate for all staff, not just those directly involved in Diploma delivery.

Tailored services

Description
Tailored services, including consultancy, workshops and coaching can be used to support collaboration and strategic, operational and project level planning.

Online learning modules

Description
There is a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) for leaders and managers that includes the following modules:

  • Collaborative Leadership module comprising three individual units
  • Equality and Diversity Competence module
  • Collaborative Quality Assurance module

These are complemented by online discussion.

Description
