Dates for the five day Established Leaders course in Lincolnshire are now available.
The Established Leader Programme provides contextualised leadership provision for senior leaders in schools. The programme has been developed in line with NCSL's overall move towards contextualising and personalising our provision.
There are three bespoke programmes in three areas of England. All three programmes offer up to six face-to-face training days, exploring leadership issues specific to the context of you and your school.
You might also be interested in Leadership Pathways, which is NCSL's modularised and personalised provision for middle and senior level leaders.
The Established Leader Programme is aimed at assistant and deputy headteachers (and other experienced school leaders depending on context) who are not currently seeking headship, but wish to enhance their leadership skills.
