The above fees include arrival drinks, the ceremony and a buffet reception including wine and soft drinks closing the event. The cost of attending does not include robe hire or photography. You can order robes and photography through WM Northams - their contact details are on the Graduation information page.
If you wish to attend with the rest of your tutor group you will need to complete the tutor group booking form online. Please ensure you have details for all members of your group, together with their guests, when you make the booking, as you will not be able to make additions once you have completed the booking. Each tutor group booking is limited to five graduands. Please note, one payment for the whole group will be requested at the time of booking.
Once you have completed the online booking form you will transferred to a secure payment site to provide payment for your booking. We accept the following methods of payment - Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment via American Express or Diners Card.
We advise you to complete your booking form online as soon as possible to secure a place for you and your guests. Graduand places are allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
Please book no later than 12 September 2008 if you wish to attend the ceremony on the 11 October or 31 October if you wish to attend the 29 November ceremony. This will greatly assist us with the overall graduation planning.
Please note that it will not be possible to host more than two guests per graduand (this includes children) at the ceremony. Additional guests on the day will be unable to attend any part of the event. This is to allow us to provide as many graduands as possible the opportunity to attend their graduation ceremony, whilst also ensuring that we adhere to health and safety regulations at the venue. Cancellations need to be communicated to us in writing via e-mail and will be charged as below.
