Leadership evidence base

As the first step in developing an evidence base about successful school leadership, a number of key people nationally and from around the world were invited to write short essays drawing upon thinking on effective school leadership. The essays acted as a launch pad for building the College's research role.

The essays, all published in 2001, are available to download.
