Resources continue to be really popular
As we enter the second year of the succession planning campaign, Tomorrow’s leaders today, all the resources continue to be well used with over 7,000 visitors to the TLT website last month.
New on the shelf is the succession planning toolkit for governors, helping them find, develop and keep good headteachers.
Leading the way with the Applying for headship - practical guides covering topics like:
- financial expertise
- securing accountability
- your application and interview
The series of Evidence into Practice Guides are proving popular, with the following titles currently available:
- What are we learning about... recruiting primary school headteachers?
- What are we learning about... the school leadership labour market?
- What are we learning about... NPQH graduates?
- There will be more to come soon on faith schools and local solutions.
The new interactive guide, Achieving equality and diversity in leadership, has been well received, providing easily accessible information on equality and diversity, and supporting schools, school leaders, governors and local authorities to strengthen and enhance their existing policies and practice.
