Help with video

Some of the video content on this site has been split into clips for ease of access. Click on each section in turn to see the whole speech. The transcripts of each clip are also available and are labelled clearly below the video clip - click the appropriate title to open them up.

Video help

Controls for the video player are as displayed in the diagram above: the far left link switches between play and pause, the next link to the right is rewind, the next link to the right is restart video clip, then the following link is forward wind. Finally, the bar displayed shows play time and can be dragged and dropped to any stage of the clip you are viewing.

Video not playing?

It may be the video format.

Video on this website is in Flash video format. If you don't have the flash plug-in installed on your computer, you may receive an error message. If this occurs, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the plug-in from Adobe.

Alternatively the plug-in can be downloaded free from http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer.
