    The 23rd Annual Report of Senior Staff Appointments in Schools in England and Wales, by Professor John Howson, shows that re-advertising of secondary headteachers reduced last year. Professor Howson attributed this, in part, to school governing bodies having a greater understanding of the market following the NCSL's Tomorrow's leaders today campaign.
