Positive leadership think pieces now available
A new collection of think pieces written for serving and aspiring school leaders is now available from the NCSL website.
The International Leadership in Education Research Network (ILERN) has produced the collection, comprising five articles, with an overarching theme of understanding and advancing sustainable leadership. They have been written for serving and aspiring school leaders to prompt reflection and dialogue about their leadership practice.
The pack contains not only the five articles, but also an approach to using them to structure discussion and reflection amongst colleagues in study groups, across networks and within local authorities. The approach has been trialled and tested by school leaders to produce this pack as a resource for leadership discussion and development.
