Programme structure
Working Together for Success can be structured over either a term-and-a-half, or two terms, and comprises:
- two single days of mixed school residential events
- one-and-a-half day whole school team residential event
- four single days of in-school planning, facilitation and coaching with first-class facilitators
- a final half day off-site learning review event
A school's senior leadership team (SLT) members can individually attend the first two residential days at different times, but the whole SLT must be together for the remainder of the programme.
The programme:
- addresses the rational aspects of team working, but also the more challenging emotional and political needs of real teams
- is based on leading edge thinking and practice from education and business
- equips SLTs with skills and behaviours for more effective team working
- develops effective team working using real challenges faced by schools
- offers an insightful online diagnostic feedback process and numerous tools and techniques
- uses first-class facilitators to work with SLTs for the duration of the programme
